The Binna Burra residence is a 170m2, 3 Bedroom Home that was designed on a modest budget. The home is a contemporary style while also grounding itself in its natural surroundings using natural materials. The pigments in the rammed  earth and the colour of the timber are of those found locally on the site. The forms and orientation paid particular attention to offering shelter from the SE storms and winds, western sun and northern light. The principal company was Arco Designs Based on the Gold Coast. John Pott was contracting to the company at the time of this design. Will Colins, founder and director was good enough to let me share the project with them.
